Living an active lifestyle has always been important to me. I grew up playing sports, became a runner in my college years, and enjoy participating in various outdoor activities with my family. In addition to teaching part-time for the Rochester Public Schools, I am now embarking on a new chapter. Because I enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others as they inspire and challenge me, I am excited to open the doors to a place in which I hope fosters a sense of community, while also building and maintaining health and wellness for all.
I love working with people and seeing the mental and physical change it brings. I was a coach and runner for many years then as I aged I had to find something else to DELAY DECREPACY! I pursued many different activities until I was able to settle on one formula to give me the results I was looking for. I want to bring this to people who have a similar desire. My classes are 1 hour in length and you will do various activities, rarely repeating workouts. Activities will include wall balls, body weight exercises, rowing, barbell work, kettle bells and so much more. All of you will be able to do pull ups, pushups and several other gymnastics movements. You will be amazed at the things you will be able to accomplish, and will have a great time doing it. Staying committed to becoming a better you will keep you coming back for more. Short, intense, varied workouts will bring results, and continued excitement and change. Teamwork will get you a long way in life…we start our workouts together, and end together.
