Class Description


TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Power Yoga

This all-levels Vinyasa (meaning breath is linked to movement) series  will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.  Practiced in a heated room, set to music, you will learn fundamental yoga postures and principles that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This vinyasa flow yoga practice is done in a gently heated room for all levels. This class links body movement with the breath. Each sequence utilizes breath-synchronized movements to transition between sustained poses. A series of postures linked with movement that will open and cleanse your body, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and calm, soothe, and open your mind. In Sanskrit, the term Vinyasa means to place in a special way, or flow with breath. This type of yoga focuses on the idea that the way we place our breath, our bodies, our minds and our hearts has a profound effect both within and throughout. Great class for beginners!

Classes are 1 hour in length and you will do various activities, rarely repeating workouts.  Activities will include wall balls, body weight exercises, rowing, barbell work, kettle bells and so much more. All of you will be able to do pull ups, pushups and several other gymnastics movements.   You will be amazed at the things you will be able to accomplish and have a great time doing it.  Staying committed to becoming a better you will keep you coming back for more.  Short,  intense,  varied workouts that will bring results and continued excitement and change.  Teamwork will get you a long way in life…we start our workouts together, and end together.

Gentle Yoga

Stretch, Breathe and Calm. Not many downward dogs here…just calm and steady stretching and lengthening – increasing your flexibility and focus. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Great for all, but especially for seniors or beginners.
